Our home-based bakery began during the COVID-19 pandemic. A thoughtful gift of cold brew from a friend sparked an idea. We decided to bake a treat to accompany it and we landed on a unique Earl Grey chiffon cake after searching online for a recipe. This led to the initial thought of offering it to our neighbors. The response was encouraging, and after gathering feedback, we refined our recipe.
